Error when trying to download a map Honda CR-V 2018.

I Have CR-V 2018. and I get this when wanting to download the latest map for my car... Reinstalled Expres, tried different pc, but no luck... What to do?

    From the Honda website, it is stated

    "The free update period starts at approximately the time the vehicle reached 200 miles.  Model Year 2016-2020: Came with 5 years of MapCare"

    so I would expect that the period of eligibility for your vehicle is 5 years and that might be your fundamental problem.

    What's funny is that Garmin Express offers me these maps (2y old ones), but it won't allow me to download them. There's no warning regarding my eglibility to download even those older maps...
