Error adding vessel

I am trying to set up my echo map plus. My computer is finding my device and i can click on it but when I sign in it is saying “error adding your vessel”

The same keep happening to me, it recognizes my sd car, but when I clock on login it gives me the same error

I am having the same problem with my Echomap UHD 74sv. Not sure why I'm posting this as it appears that no one has a solution, but I would appreciate any help.

Very few here will have that device, your best bet is to call Product Support for help
