Garmin edge 1000 china

I've purchased a used Garmin Edge 1000 China version, and I'm having problems(please refer to 'photo to show') connecting it to Garmin Express (latest version 7.19).

Any help and advises are much appreciated!

No photo, please explain what the problem as it could be numerous issues but this is a start
