Unable to sign in with Garmin Express 7.19.0.0 with a running circle

When adding the Forerunner 965 to Garmin Express, the watch is detected and then GE requests for "creating new Garmin Connect account" or "sign in". Then a blank box is shown with a running circle saying it may take one minute, however nothing happens even after hours whatever "sign in" or "creating new account" button is clicked……

Have tried these steps but it doesn’t help:

- Uninstall GE completely with Revo Uninstaller then re-install

- Install and run as administrator

- Disable the anti-virus program and firewall

- Run in Windows 10 safe mode with network support

 

The watch is connected with the mobile app without problem but fails with Garmin Express. Is there any solution? Thanks~!
