Since various updates of Garmin Express I have always found that it made my laptop very sluggish (Dell XPS 9750, 32BG Ram 2TB SSD) when it is in use.
There becomes a delay on all other programs that I am using.
No sure why this is the case or if there is something I can do to fix it?
Also this happened when synching to my Fenix 7 (see attached photo).
This doesn't happen all the time though
