Hi Austheatre. Sorry to hear of your problems, but no one can help when you provide so little information. You wouldn't tell a car mechanic that your car had broken down, and then expect them to immediately know the reason, and so it is with computer problems. The more information you provide, the more chance there is of someone being able to help. At the very least, we need to know the model number of your device, how old it is, what version of Windows you're using, ditto for Garmin Express, what map(s) and version you're trying to install, and what error message you get (exact wording if possible).
