Garmin Express no longer updates time on my vivosmart 4

Garmin Express version 7.19.0.0

Windows 10 on laptop

No problem from 2019 until this year.

Sync still downloads data from the vivosmart 4 to computer. But it no longer changes time on vivosmart 4 to match time on computer. vivosmart 4 is losing minutes per day, At the moment it nearly 2 hours behind the correct time.

No manual update of time possible.

Things I would try:

Reset your watch to default settings using these instructions - Restoring All Default Settings, choose the option to "Delete Data and Reset Settings"
Uninstall Garmin Express from your computer. Select the option to "Delete all Garmin Express files from your computer."

Download then install Garmin Express on your computer - Garmin Express - Windows | Garmin
Add your vivosmart 4 to the Garmin Express app.
If still having issues with the correct time, contact Garmin Support in your region - https://support.garmin.com
Meanwhile, as a workaround if you have a compatible smartphone, you can use the Garmin Connect app to sync your vivosmart 4, including the correct time - Garmin Connect App Compatibility Requirements
