Either the software update or my routes are not synced. Normally it works fine
I have the same issue (but with a brand new Epix Gen 2). Not sure which other forum would be appropriate as this seems like a GE issue?

Had already run through all of that with no success. Tried again a day later and everything worked. No idea why, though
