Garmin Express, Maps Install on Edge Explore 2 Error

When Trying to install 2023 EU versions of maps to my Edge Explore 2 it fails. I am on the newest version of both device and software. Tried all the FAQ Steps. And it still does not work.

IDK, I'm downloading at 400KB/s and dropping the irony of calling it Express. Can't believe garmin finds this acceptable, 10+ hours to download maps

Mine download in under 30 minutes so something is wrong if it's taking you that long.
