I tried to update my Dad's Navigation System with the Garmin Express Software BUUUUT I am stuck on the product registration page. I cannot skip it OR anything at all. How do you sell products when your software is obviously broken and cannot even update my garmin navi? I'll leave a link to the screenshot. I will never buy one of these things again.
The display resolution on your dad's computer is too low for you to see the bottom part of that image, which would show you that you do not have to register. Leave the email address box blank and "Sign me up" unchecked.
The display resolution needs to be greater than 800x600 (at least temporarily). At least 1024 x 768 as per the system requirements. Close Garmin Express, also "quit" express from the taskbar icon.
Temporarily change the computer to a higher display resolution.
Then launch Garmin Express and try again.
