Map update failed repeatedly and maps are locked on device.

Map update failed repeatedly (Garmin DriveSmart 76 , Garmin express 7.18.4 , windows 10 ).. At startup I receive the message: that no detailed maps are found and hat the device cannot unlock maps. However the UPDATE item says : maps up to date. Solution?

Try calling Product Support as this is most likely an account issue
