Garmin Express 7.18.1.0

Alert -

Installed Garmin Express 7.18.1.0 on Windows !0.

Reverted back to 7.17.3.0 after GE would not launch.

Stuck on GE splash screen.

When I change destination folder GE launch with no problem.

I uninstalled Express and reinstalled. It worked but I had to set up my devices again.

Uninstalled 7.17.3.0

Deleted folder in C: Program Files (x86)

Rebooted PC

Installed GE 7.18.3.0 (From downloaded exe file, not update from GE app, of course)

GE now opens (had to add device)
