Nothing happens when epix 2 is connected to laptop

When I connect my watch to my laptop via the charging cable nothing happens when I click on the picture of the watch.

There is a green circle to show its connected and the watch itself is charging.

So why is nothing happening when I click on the picture of the watch?

seems as though express isn't connecting with Epix again.

This is getting really old and the biggest issue - Garmin Express is a waste of time - it can barely ever find the watch. Come on - nobody else has a problem with picking up USB devices except for Garmin.,...

Its pretty ridiculous that we continously have this issue.
