Don't Download Maps Twice

I have a Fenix 6X Pro as well as an InReach 66i. Currently, when I update the maps, it downloads the maps from Garmin both times. Is there any way to have the app Cache the maps so that I don't need to wait 20+ minutes for it to download the maps a 2nd time? Thanks.

Express does cache map files. However your inReach and Fenix will require other updates, a map update isn't just a map update, so the extra time will be due to additional files etc.
