That error is often due to the device already being registered. For example, say I buy a watch, register it, and then return it to the store. They may sell it as "open box" or refurbished. Someone buys the watch and when they attempt to register it they get the error message. I would call Garmin Customer Support.
Thanks for your help but the device is mine, I mean that I already had it registered, But it stop to synchronize activities, so I tried to reinstall Garmin Express and delete device from Garmin Express to reinstall it, I do'nt know the english words for "de mal en peor" but the is enought to say that I could not fixed it. Anyway, thank for take your time to answer me.
