Update Available - "Change Log"?

Garmin Express wants to install an "Other Items" called "Change Log - Unknown" on my Fenix 7 Pro SS. What is this?

Sorry the image is very small/blurry - forum bug. If you click it, it opens the original sharp version.

It contains data that needs to be synced to the device that does not have a category of its own such as the summaries of activities you recorded on other Garmin devices (eg an Edge cycling computer) on the same account.

The Change Log contains details of changes made on other devices (that have synced to Garmin Connect since your f7P last synced to Garmin Connect) and Garmin Connect that it needs to know about. When received by your f7P it will make the necessary changes.

That's how the current forum software has always worked. (Can't remember how the previous software it replaced a few years ago worked.)

In my experience this is how most traditional forums work. Low resolution image in the thread that you click on to see the original high resolution version of.
