Trouble retrieving all your purchased content??? Garmin Express (Windows)

I have recently been getting the message below when plugging my watch into Express on my Windows PC, I am on 13.22 so maybe it is related to that?

  • More likely a Garmin Express problem. It’ll probably fix itself soon. Contact Garmin Support and/or completely remove GE and download a new version and install. 

  • I have a brand new 7x  pro solar sapphire and kept getting "unable to Unlock Maps" error right out of the box from REI.  Finally had to delete all preloaded maps and re-load with garmin express.  it worked.
