Garmin Express 7.17.3 - Can't click device

Anybody else had this? It still exists on mine - watch connects when plugged in, but when I select the watch the screen does NOT change to the sync/maps/install items screen - nothing happens!

I don't know for sure but it sounds like a popup blocker might be at play. What happens if you ctl-click the icon?

I'll try later but it's never happened before, and works fine with my Edge 1030 which is on the same screen right next to it. It's just my Fenix that doesn't work. Would a pop up blocker stop it opening on GC? I thought it was more just browser based? I do have a VPN so maybe that? But not sure why the Edge is ok and Fenix isnt

Try temporarily disabling the VPN and any AV stuff you have running. 

I have the same issue and can't access Garmin Forerunner 945 on PC.

Disabled both and didnt work. Rolled back to V16 and that's ok, so something is up with the recent update. I'll stay here for now until a new release comes out

Is anyone looking into this?

I suggest opening a case with Garmin Product Support.
