Cannot add device (forerunner recognized but can't press "add device")

I can't add device, it doesn't work when I click on button "add device" ("ajouter appareil" in french), even my forerunner is recognized !

I click on button, it seems loading something for 2sec, but nothing happen

    I don't know, but It seems my problem approximatively start when new version of Garmin Express appeared, then has been pulled. I don't if there is a link between these events.

    Now my garmin express version is 7.16.3.0

    I don't understand, all works perfectly before, but now I can't a my device even Garmin Express recognized it !
