Problem with installation 2024.10 map update with Garmin Express 7.16.3.0 after 10min

hello

I try to update  Garmin map  City Navigator Europe  2024.10 but it stops after few minutes with message "Update unavailable..."

I use Garmin Express 7.16.3.0

Any idea?
