I got a new 840 edge , try to add to my garmin application on a win 10 laptop, can't added since was not able to connnect my credenntials, however I can connect to the web broswer version and from my iphone, below the error:
I uninstall application from my laptop, restart laptop and downloaded a fresh image of the app.
I still cannot connect with the application installed with the above message, neither log the FR955 too.
what is about the issue and feasible solution?
