Cannot install apps on Instinct 2S because Garmin Express says I need to update device first. But no updates are available.

First use of Garmin Instinct 2S. I can't update my device to download apps ? When i connect to Garmin Express it says I'm fully updated, but when I try to download device compatible apps, they say I must update first. How to solve ? tx

I suspect that Instinct 2S simply is not fit to have most applications installed on it. I managed to install about 2 out of 40 tries...
