Zumo 660 doesn’t show map

I have lifetime maps but after last update my Zumo doesn’t show streets and my exact position is not correct. I have CN North America NT2024.10( all US) and CN North America NT 2024.10 Basic 3D.

Issues after a map or software update are normally resolved by a master reset so try that first
