Garmin Express DOES NOT see playlists

I use Windows 10. I am trying to use Garmin Express in order to upload playlists (and corresponding music fies) to Garmin Venu Sq2 smartwatch.

Using VLC I've created playlists (*.m3u) and saved them on in the folders containing the music files.

I've installed the latest Garmin Express app. I've plugged in my smartwatch and I've added my smartwatch.

I've used the (+) icon and selected location where the music is stored. After that I've used 'refresh' icon.

At present the app sees music only. When I select 'Playlists' option the app sees nothing.

I've checked the spelling in the playlist (no special symbols). I've repeated the whole procedure using *.m3u8 file) the result is the same.

So far I able to transfer music only.
