Express changes settings itself

Hi,

I rarely use Express. Most of the time when I start it, i get new Express update. After every update Express reverts settings for background work and I have to disable it again. Please correct it to respect user choice.

It's been like this forever and many have asked but never been changed, I'm just in the habit of changing it back, simple enough to do

The same for me. But I feel annoyed every time.
