Purchased "Cycle Map Australia" downloaded and installed but "Ready to activate" stays

I purchased "Cycle Map Australia", connected Garmin Edge 830, started Garmin Express, downloaded and installed maps, but "Ready to activate" stays and the map isn't "Map Details".

If I click on "Ready to Activate" nothing happens.

I believe that "Ready to Activate" is status for new maps? How do I fix this "Ready to Activate" problem/notification?
