New version Garmin Express for Windows installing problem

After I installed the Version of Garmin Express for Windows: v7.16.1 as of February 1st, 2023, it immediately started to crash. Restarting the computer and reinstalling the application don't solve the problem. Any similar problem?

You'll have to uninstall entirely and re-install. Don't bother though as the version is full of bugs
