BLUTOOTH not compatible

I have a Garmin Nuvi 2569. I am trying to twin using Bluetooth to a T-COM helmet Bluetooth intercom kit. I keep getting Bluetooth not compatible. I have tried deleting all other Bluetooth devices and starting again but still the same .I connects to my phone OK and my Phone connects to the intercom kit. And help would be appreciated.

A long-shot, but Zumo pairing to helmet is for pairing a Zumo to a helmet Not sure if it will help. Looking at the manual for the helmet, do you know if it will pair with a nuvi 2569? I don’t think for instance that just because devices can pair, they can necessarily communicate.
