I searched on google and did many things that I saw,
install framework, run in compatibility mode, none of them worked (obviously I already did a full reinstallation of the program), it was working fine until the previous version.

Are you using a different cable at work? There are two types of USB cables, one is for charging devices and one is dual purpose, charging and data transfer.
Not, i've not change anything on my routine these 6y around i have garmin...1st time im having trouble
Wire official and two different. It started after installing the new version 16.
I had a similar problem (Gramin Express quitting on launch) and made the decision to uninstall and reinstall Garmin Express - bad move! For the past few days, every time I try to add my device (Fenix 6 Pro Solar) in the Garmin Express app, I'm met with the error message "There was a problem connecting to the Garmin servers. We're unable to sign you in because our servers are unavailable at this time." when I try to log into my account. I don't have any issues connecting to the Garmin servers via the Connect app on my iPhone or the Connect website (using Google Chrome on the same laptop as I have Garmin Express loaded - Windows 10). I have also permitted Garmin Express to communicate through my laptops firewall (Windows Defender). Any suggestions as to how to get this working?
Try using a VPN and change the country you appear to be coming from. See point 2 of this response earlier in this thread: https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mac-windows-software/f/garmin-express-windows/322867/garmin-express-quit-unexpectedly-7-16-1-0/1571916#1571916.
Shame on Garmin for not commenting on this. FR 645m is going to be my last garmin watch, I've had garmin for 6 years+ and the first time I needed some help I wasn't happy with the service by garmin, and I also felt aggrieved, a new and little-used device giving a problem so serious(gps issue)
I had this problem but managed to fix it - tried the FAQ and it wasn't helpful but it, and some previous replies gave me a direction to work in. I changed ALL localisation settings that I could find to the UK (where i don't live, but currently am). This is a bit counter-intuitive as I even changed my keyboard to UK English, even though it's a US format one .................. I get the impression that the Garmin installer can't deal with slightly unusual localisation issues such as people who use a computer in a language outside the country where that language originates.
