Garmin Express 7.15.2.0 not showing any maps/apps on Edge 1030+

After I click Manage Maps in Garmin Express, the app just shows me a screen with zero maps and apps listed - basically blank with only the Apply Changes button and the Other/Maps/Free legend.

Is there another way the manage the content on my device?

What are you trying to manage? If maps what do you have installed, not all maps are installed/updated with Express

Garmin Express is saying that I have map updates to install, but there is not ebough free space (my 1030+ is less than half full). I thought I could use GE to remove any maps I dontt need, but the GE "Manage Maps" screen doesn't show any maps at all.
