Fenix 6 Pro and Express connection

Hi, I have a new Garmin Fenix 6 Pro and it is really temperamental whether it connects to Xpress or not on my PC.

More often than not, it does not connect.  The USB port is fine.

I keep taking it out, turning it on/off and its just luck when it connects. Its so frustrating as I love the watch.

  • Although you state "the USB port is fine", I wonder if perhaps you are using a laptop where USB ports are sometimes disabled in an effort to conserve battery life.  If you are using a laptop, you may wish to check the Power Management section of your settings.  The content at Power settings is on a related topic, but basically the steps as outlined are the same to insure that your USB ports are always powered up.
