Problem with map updates from Garmin Express - Zumo 390 LM

I have a Zumo 390LM and I am using Garmin Express version 7.15.2.0 with a windows 10 PC. I am based in the UK.

I recently updated my maps to City Navigator Europe 2023.20 via Garmin Express but I find I have a problem with the maps installed.

What seems to have happened is that the maps for Europe have updated correctly but the UK map has not and is just the Base Map, No Details.

I have tried re-running the update but with the same results. I also connot find any options in Express to Manage regions so I can add back the UK maps. When I look at Express the only map options I have is to reinstall the maps.

How do I get to full / correct update that includes the UK , is this a problem others have experienced?

as it's almost certainly the case that you haven't installed the full map.

I have a very similar problem with my Zumo XT after this update (Germany is my location). I see only a very basic map at a very low zoom level (europe overview). If I try to zoom in the screen becomes blank. Enabling/disabling map levels or certain maps in the config doesn't change anything.

And yes, the full map is installed.

Update from my side: The issue was fixed by removing all maps from the device (via Garmin Express) and re-installing them.
