Garmin Express 7.15.2.0 can´t connect with Garmin servers

During the last 2 weeks my Garmin Marq did not succeed to connect to the Garmin servers through Garmin Express.

It keeps telling me that Garmin Servers are not available. Anyone else experienced this problem? The current status of Garmin servers are all online: https://connect.garmin.com/status/

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion :) However I tried to do everything suggested but with no success.

I can witout any problem run and install and run it on a different pc so the problem must be locally.

I will try to contact Garmin Support Monday.

Are your connection issues with perhaps a laptop? Some people report problems and then resolution by swapping around ports, making sure the laptop is plugged in and not on battery, checking settings on the USB bus, etc. Don't use a USB hub, at least until you get the problem sorted out.

Hi, I solved this problem by deleting ALL garmin related folders in the local user->apps folder. C:\user\.....\appdata\ocal and the re-install GE

Confirming this solved my Win 11 problem after the official checklist did not.
