Cannot update a 2020 Honda Civic

Until recently I have not had an issue. I use a 16gig USB to do the update. I have two and alternated them. Now Garmin Express cannot find the USB. I have installed the newest edition and still have the same issue. It updates my other two units with no issues, both of which are portable units that I plug in to the Windows 10 desktop. Please help.

Operator error. I forgot one important step. Inserting the newly formatted USB into the car first to get the GPS ID on the drive.
