Installing additional map on Drive 52

I have purchased the Middle East map to install and have gone through the whole process in Express OK until I got to "Ready To Activate" and have to put in a voucher code. There is no voucher code on my invoice from Garmin or in My Garmin. I have tried the order number, invoice number and product code without success. Where is the Voucher code please?

This may not be seen by Garmin staff for a while, try calling Product Support

It has been a while since I went through the process but when I did, I got an activation code via email. Double check that something isn't in an Inbox or a spam folder.

Thanks and yes I had checked for additional emails but nothing there.

Thanks for your help. I have sent the new unit back for a refund as Garmin seemed to think that there was a fault with the hardware. Garmin have also refunded the map cost and I have reverted to Google Eart with an external GPS antenna and put up with the amount of a route that I can see on a screen.
