I can't pair with any device and Garmin Express shows servers unavailable. HELP

I can't pair my Fenix 6 with any device, I tried with Samsung S20 Ultra, S20, iPhone 11, I made beta update firmware to version 2274, but same problem after I enter pin code for pair, in 5-20 seconds it shows can't pair and Retry, What can I do? I tried hard reset or factory reset too, same problem. On Garmin Express it shows "We're unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this moment (5 diferents days) but others garmin GPS works.

Please help me with any idea how to pair my watch to garmin connect app.

As part of your processes did you remove your Fenix 6 from the Bluetooth settings of your phones before you tried pairing? If you haven’t done that step remove the Fenix from all those devices Bluetooth settings you described and log out of all instances of Connect. Check Connect is latest version and log in again.

pick one of your devices and ‘Add device’ with your Fenix 6 in pairing mode and see if it will accept the pairing code.

The latest version of software is 23.10 so you may get update prompts after connecting.

In my nearly 20 years of owning Garmin devices, I've always gotten help from Garmin Support. I'm sorry if this is not your experience.
