Trying to update my MARQ Aviator and Garmin Express advises that new maps are available but then when you ask to install them the software reports that it is "preparing device for TopActive Australia and New Zealand" then "this may take a minute". After a few hours it is still displaying "this may take a minute." I have restarted watch etc but it will not update. How can I fix this?
