Dot and scrolling screen

Not us my RV760 for about 3 months now I get dots on screen when i touch it or try to touch it screen start scrolling could that be the battery ??

It could be the battery. To rule it out start by plugging it into a USB charger for 8 to 10 hours or the accessory out of a car. However, on some cars the accessory outlet is only on while the vehicle is running on the ignition is in the accessory position.

Then retest.
