Unsupported File Type (Forerunner 310XT)

Dear Garmin community,


could someone help me with the following:

I went on a 16 day bike trip using my Forerunner 310XT. A 110-hour recording (approx. 1200km) was created. I can see the activity on my watch, but I'm having trouble uploading it to GC via Garmin Express. The sync process, which itself takes a long time, keeps ending with a message that Garmin does not support the file. .(it's just this one activity in the watch's log).. I find a file via the sync folder in the FIT-TYPE_9 subfolder, but I can't import it into the Fit File Repair Tool.

Is there another way to transfer the activity successfully?

You're right, it's actually a different file that I could successfully import via FFRT. Thank you for your support!
