Garmin Express is not uploading my Forerunner 55 activities

  • A common problem is that the user information entered into the Garmin Express application does not match what is being used on Garmin Connect.

    To verify:

    • Open Garmin Express
    • Click on Forerunner 55 >> Tools & Content
    • In the "Registered to" field note the email address being used.
    • Should be the same as being used to login to Garmin Connect Web under account information. Check here:  https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
    • And in Garmin Connect Mobile. Log out, then log back in using the email address from Garmin Express.
