Fenix 6S no longer recognised by Windows 11 - USB has malfunctioned

Hi,

I've tried every troubleshooting suggestion relevant to this error including restarting my computer, updating drivers, different computers, different cables, cleaning cable connections, updates, etc but my Fenix 6S is still not recognised by Windows 11 and there is the error message that the USB device has malfunctioned. Any suggestions?
