I purchased TOPO US 24K for download. I installed the latest Garmin Express on Win10. I can successfully connect my 64st device. However, when I tried to install my purchased map in Garmin Express, it got stuck on "Preparing Device" and never ran out. There is nothing else beyond this. I would like to know what happened, and how I can solve it. Thank you!
