I never did get my ANT+ dongle to work on my W10 laptop. I gave up. What ANT+ software is installed on the laptop?
I did get ANT+ working on my cell phone by installing the ANT+ apps from the store, and now I can broadcast the HR to the Tacx app. I have been trying to do the same thing on a tablet that I want to use on the bike, but so far no luck.
As a side note, I found the PC app terrible to use. It kept crashing, and searching for rides, etc, is not as easy to look for things as the phone app.
