This has never happened to me before, but I believe I have a corrupt .fit file. I did my usual strength workout on Monday and although I can see the workout on my fenix 5x+, it does not show up in Garmin Connect. I do use an HRM-Pro and it's stuck on firmware 7.40. Not sure how to get it updated, as I'm not prompted to update it on my watch. Not sure if this has anything to do with the corrupt file, just adding that info for context.
I also tried to sync with Garmin Express on my PC, but I'm getting a "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect" error.
Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.
