I connected my (new just out of box) Garmin Edge 830 to my Windows 10 PC, and on the PC screen it said I had a download available which was European maps, It said it would take about 2 hours to download.
I clicked on download and for over an hour now, the PC screen has said "Preparing device for Map Update"
Is that normal / correct - I appreciate I haven't got to 2 hours yet which was the predicted time, but I don't feel like anything is happening on the 830
