I know this has been a long standing issue with Windows 10 - which I never had an issue with!!
However having recently updated to Windows 11 my Fenix 6 is now not being recognised. I have completed all the steps advised on all sites; uninstalled/reinstalled express, updated drivers, ensured that the device is in MTP mode and downloaded the additional media files but it hasn't helped at all.
The device isn't appearing in file explorer but is showing in the device list as an unrecognised USB device.
Any help/guidance?
