bmw navigator 4, lifetime update doesn't show

As said, I have a bmw navigator 4 with the NuMaps lifetime updates for Europe.

Unfortunately i am not able to update the map using my lifetime. in garmin express it says ''map update available'' but it only shows ''see pricing''. The map currently installed is 2018.20, so it's been a while. When I go to ''purchased' it also says there is no content for this device. When I try to re-enter the lifetime code in Garmin Express, it shows the Europe full coverage map and than after it says ''sorry we can't redeem the voucher right now, try again later''.

What is wrong? Is my lifetime expired? Is it because i am using a different computer? I am using the same garmin account for when I first installed the map. Help please!

The map currently installed is 2018.20, so it's been a while.

This is the situation in Germany:

Lifetime map updates

If you purchase a nüMapsTM Lifetime subscription (sold separately) or if a nüMaps Lifetime subscription or other unlimited map data subscription was included with the Garmin Product, you will receive map updates for one (1) compatible Garmin device until the end of its useful life or until Garmin no longer receives map data from its third party provider (whichever is earlier, but no longer than for a period of 30 years), as and when such updates are made available on the Garmin website. Product "Useful Life" means the period of time during which the Product (a) has sufficient storage capacity and other required technical functionality to use current map data and (b) is functioning as intended without the need for extensive repairs. A Product is considered to be no longer functional and has reached the end of its useful life if no Updates have been downloaded for the Product for at least 24 months.

Maybe you can ask the support if they can do something here.
