Express not connect to to CONNECT IQ

Well I am on the current update of GE and it is broken(when is it not?) 

Trying to change widget/app/Watchface settings and currently the only way due to phone issues it via  Garmin express. Well it should be  but all I get is.

Server Error

We're having trouble communicating with our servers

WHEN WILL GARMIN FIX THIS DAMN ISSUE..
