Factory Reset / Connection Issues

Hi Folks:

I have tried all the posted methods to attempt to get my Zumo to connect in Express and BC without any luck.  To be sure, I repeated all the troubleshooting recommendations.

Has anyone tried a factory reset to restore the connection?  I am not too worried about my data as I see all of it is in Explore so it would just be a matter of personalizing my settings.  If this hasn't worked for anyone, I will wait and speak to Garmin directly about this issue.

Incidentally, I have an old GPSMap76CS I plugged in and it was immediately recognized by Express.  However, Express did say that this unit was not compatible however it eliminated a cable or Mac issue.
