nüMaps Onetime City Navigator North America N lacking a region?

Hi - not sure this is the right forum to ask this question. I purchased the
Download: nüMaps Onetime City Navigator® North America NT. When using garmin express I went to select the region I want to update but I'm only offered two choices. My area of the US, northeast is not offered. I need RI and MA. The only choices available are the lower 48 SW and Canada and bordering states. I've been browsing the garmin site and it seems there should be a longer list of regional choices. Is the northeast not included with this purchase? Thanks for any input

When did you buy this? For which device and what map came pre installed on that device? Assuming you bought it recently to update a device with the NA map pre installed it should replace the complete map.

It was purchased by my sister and I don't know when it was purchased but what I do know is it's an older 260w and whatever map is on it does cover the MA RI area. The map works for the most part but gets lost in the providence cranston area.

i just checked map info in the device. it shows:

city navigator north america nt 2009

If it was purchased by your sister, not by you as you originally stated, and your previous map is that old then you need to contact Product Support, they can check to see if that update is relevant to your map and device
